Objectives of the Course To teach the Team Software Process (TSPi) maintained by the Software Engineering Institute (www.sei.cmu.edu) and its usage in team performance management.
Course Content Basic principles of carrying out team software project by using the Team Software Process (TSPi). TSPi process; forms, scripts, and standards; three development cycles. All TSPi materials are pre-defined, and provided by the official website of the Software.
